You ever get a work email that just makes you want to scream?

Yea I got one of those today. Apparently, someone in accounting is irritated that I mis-routed mail to their department, so that individual personally sent me a very terse email to let me know. I'm really glad he has the time to actually send out emails for mis-directed interoffice mail. If I did that for every mis-directed mail we received, it would take up atleast an hour of my work day!  And I'm not trying to pull rank here, but my grade is a lot bigger than his grade sooo...a little respect here?   Oh and here's the really irritating part...the mis-routed mail that I mailed was sent to correct a mistake that accounting had made in the first place!  I certainly didn't send a terse email upon discovery of that accounting mistake to try and make the person who made it feel like an a incompentent boob!

Uggh just getting this off my chest. It's Friday and I've got a lot of other things to do than worry about this person's pettiness.  To make my point that his email was uncalled for I just sent him a reply thanking him for pointing out that the mail was mis-directed and that we receive X amount of mis-directed mail each day so I could understand his frustration.

Uhh...frustration to my one mis-directed mail...O.o
