It's not enough that I hardly have any time to do the things in life I'm already committed to...mother, lover, worker, painter, comic book reader. Now, I've another addiction to add to my list of commitments, that being Second Life.

Thinking that possibly we both had been schooled at the cost of $365.00 made my stomach feel icky. Especially since mommy has been neglectful in not buying things she would really like to buy for herself!
For those of you who aren't yet aware that the very funny, smart, geniusly creative and tall, Paul Davidson, is coming out with a new book, The Lost Blogs: From Jesus to Jim Morrison--The Historically Inaccurate and Totally Fictitious Cyber Diaries of Everyone Worth Knowing, in May 2006, you my friends are now being...well being made aware.
Have you ever wondered what life would be like if all your blogging buddies lived right around the corner from you...or even with you??? Or better yet, have you ever had a crush on a fellow blogger or bloggess and wondered...what if...???
Well leave it to Panther Girl to help us answer those questions! And what better way to do that than create real life versions of our favorite bloggers than with SIMS??? If ya'll haven't had a chance to visit Adventures in Cyberia yet, check it out.
I loved reading Doonesbury as a kid. And I have to admit, I especially loved this strip, although many papers didn't have the cajones to publish it and if they did, they edited it arguing the strip was done in bad taste.
Sheesh already.
Haha! Think you can you pick out my kid from this video???
Yup. Definitely loving this time of the year...

Happy Friday everyone! :)
Oh moi goodness!
I am currently loving (not in the biblical sense but in the brotherly/sisterly way hehe) Darren for being my Secret Santa Someone! The tres cool, KB coordinated the whole thing, as a result I received From Dusk til Dawn - Collector's Series with bonus material action! :)
Oooh!
So more blog awards nominations going down! This time at Best of Blogs 2004...or BOB 2004, for recoginition of smaller scale fantastical blogs. Most of the blogs I would nominate in a heart beat have already been nominated in a category.
Wooohiiiieee! Answer Time
Thanks everyone for the great questions! And my apologies for being late on the answers. I was much too pooped to answer them last night. As Colby may be able to attest since I was even having problems typing during IM and he got tired of my lame IM skills and said “That’s it! I’m going to bed!†hehe
Okay so…
The coolest Canadian I know and for whom I will always be reminded of when shopping for ultra-low-rise-booty-surprise jeans, Nat asked:
Yes! It's started. Spreading of the Holiday Cheer. :)
Here's something completely fun that I found a link for while visiting the tres cool Anomalous Noodge this morning.
And being that I know some pig men personally in my life...ahhhh how this brings back memories that I had yearned to forget. lol
So today after coming home from stuffing myself with far too much turkey and gravy, I stalked visitors to my site like I normally do. Lol I know. I’m a freak! Well not really. I just like to get an idea of who’s reading moi and where they’re coming from.
So I through my stalking I found that Erin Abbott visited me today. Which is pretty darn cool as I always see this gal in the comments section at Pauly D’s House and have been meaning to get my butt over to her place to pay her a visit. So when I get to Erin’s pad, I find she has been documenting her surfing journey. Visiting one site, clicking on a link there to take her to another site and so on. Which we all do, right? But do we ever take the time to think about how we’ve found some our favorite reads and who to thank for that? I know that I’ve even had a few conversations with a few bloggers that kinda went like this…
Oh! I'm going to be getting my Christmas cards out here in a few weeks and I would love to send a card out to anyone who would like one from moi! :)
If you'd like a lovely card containing my ineligible scrawling wishing you love and happiness and peace and good times and all that lovely stuff for the holidays, please email me your address! I promise any address sent to me will be used solely for the purpose of mailing you a card and not stalking you. Stalking. Not cool. Much like how maniacal laughter is not cool. Well...unless you'd like me to stalk you. In which all you'd need to do is say so and I'm sure we can come to some healthy stalking arrangement! ;)
So...just a little Monday morning humor for you lovely, lovely people, who I love and stuff. :)
Enjoy!
A woman and a baby were in the doctor's examining room, waiting for the doctor to come in for the baby's first exam.
The doctor arrived, examined the baby, checked his weight, and being a little concerned, asked if the baby was breast-fed or bottle-fed.
"Breast-fed" she replied.
