Ah yes, and somehow I made it through the week.
If it wasn't the flu and then a horrendous cold brought on by a heatwave followed by artic weather, followed by another heatwave, it was the increasingly hostile co-worker working her voodoo to instill within moi cranium a migraine the size of New Jersey.
Okay so maybe the size of New Jersey is a bit much. But seriously the headache was much too large to fit into even my overly large melon.
So lastnight, instead of working on the humungous spreadsheet I should have been working on for a big project I have due on Monday, I was Googling moiself. Not moiself in terms of my real identity, but my online persona of Groovebunny, which is pretty much...me. Usually on Google I find alot of links to comments I've left on other folks' sites since I used to be a the equivalent of a social butterfly in comment cyberspace. If you had an opinion about something or shared some horrific experience you just experienced or recently experienced, I was there to validate your opinion, or validate the horrificness of your experience, or worse yet, share one of my most horrific moments in life. Because isn't that what commenting is all about? You tell me something horrible and I tell you something equally or more horrible-er, in which most cases the closest people around me don't even know?
So anyways, during the Googling, I actually found something that someone wrote in response to a comment I made on Tuckle's site. He calls me "illogical" and says I have a "misprioritized worldview"...but who is this guy to make judgement on me? Especially since taking the time to actually read his site, it has "someone really needs to take a nap" written all over it.
By the way, the entry I had responded to had to do with a move to block homosexuals and bi-sexuals from becoming foster parents to orphaned children in Texas. If it's illogical and misprioritized that a loving and nurturing home could be found for a lot of these orphans who are "American citizens", I don't care if you're straight, gay, have three eyes on your face or a tree growing out of your butt. If you can provide a home for kids who would otherwise get lost in the system, and are willing and able to help these kids through the problems and trauma they've gone through in their still very short lives, you have my full support.
I guess to be logical and priotized in this world, one has to be able to eat everything up that the Bush administration supports with eyes shut and mouths wide open?
Yum. Mierda.
Yeah. Well I prefer not to.
I was going to leave a comment on this dude's site to explain that a lot of my views of the world are conservative and liberal depending on the issue, but then I noticed he had a record of "O" comments on his site and I really didn't want to ruin that record, cause you know, I'm very thoughtful like that.
Anyways, that was entertaining for me for about 30 minutes.
So that's all my blabbering for now. It's a beautiful day outside and I have lots of gardening to do. Have a beautiful one ya'll!

Well, You Are Illogical, lol
"If it's illogical and misprioritized that a loving and nurturing home could be found for a lot of these orphans who are "American citizens", I don't care if you're straight, gay, have three eyes on your face or a tree growing out of your butt. While I agree that children deserve loving homes, you simply assume that "everything will be alright" if gays adopt and raise children. The truth is, NO ONE KNOWS what the impact on children will be when being raised by gays (i.e., not the traditional family). Perhaps, children will respond very favorably to single gender parents. It may very well be that two mothers or two fathers will be a good, solid substitute for children in foster homes. But you don't know this, and you should not self-righteously pretend that you do.
Incidentally, insulting people and shifting the topic to the Bush administration is really weak.
