Friday Day!

Happy Friday! Plus for me Happy Pay-Day Friday!

Sorry for the lack of juicy updates lately ya’ll! I’ve been busy trying to get caught up on diaries and blogs that I had fallen behind in reading. Plus, nothing really juicy is going on in my life right now! And pretty much the juicy-lessness is leading me to write entries that I fall asleep reading back so they get deleted. Not that this one is gonna be any better. Lol.

So last month I helped a friend set up her diary thing at dland. Am hosting her images for her so she won’t have to fork over doughage to dland . Cause I am totally nice like that. Well the image she’s using for her thang gave me an idea of a costume for Halloween! I’ll be spending the weekend hunting for stuff I need for this costume, and plus cleaning out my closet. I had to throw the cleaning-out the closet thing just to not have a totally all out fun weekend. Sides, I won’t be spending any money while cleaning out my closet which is a good thing.

So anyways…I thought too that I should start posting some life lessons that have hit me in the face recently. That way if I come across certain situations again, I can refer back here to what I had learned the first time and hopefully won’t repeat the same mistake twice or three times even which would make moi a fool to no end. So’s here they be:

♥ No matter how good I feel my day is going, whole milk is not and will never be my friend.

♥ I love you, doesn’t always mean I love you. It could just mean I like you a lot, but not enough to love you, in which case means that there is no actual love happening in that scenario.

♥ Writing entries while in a state of hypoglycemic-ness…not a good idea in my case.

♥ Once a liar, always a liar.

♥ Expecting to have an intelligent conversation with someone who is more interested in what I’m wearing or not wearing is disappointing. This week I’ve learned how to put you on permanent block. Sorry. Had to be done. Plus? There is another reason why you are permanently blocked that has to do with my mad sleuthing skills that I cannot divulge here.

♥ Hit and run compliments makes me feel like I’m in grade school all over again and having a boy run up to me and sock me on the arm and then run away really fast. It’s very confusing. Plus it makes me wonder…Am I that scary that he wouldn’t stick around to see what I think about the compliment? Perplexing really.

♥ Singing our own version of The Itsy-Bitsy Spider together is a sure way to get a grumpy wee one all lovie and huggy.

♥ The emptiness of my inbox or quality of email sharing is not a reflection of my self-worth.

♥ Ice-cream can lift my spirits a lot faster than alcohol can.

♥ A hug can life my spirits faster than ice-cream can and it doesn’t add any extra poundage on my butt.
